Any ideas on the best adapter for a E350 cdi 2011 that's got an Audio 50 ? I used to have a bovee or viseoo but I sold it. I remember it was very good with Apple products but not so good with Android. I have Android so I'm looking for the one that'll make use of the most functions. Wheel functions etc.

Any thoughts?

Kind regards

You will already have BT phone built in to the headunit. However, Audio-50 does not support BT audio/music streaming.

If you have option 518 (UCI Media interface) then you can deploy a Viseeo WMA3000A. This will give you music streaming via the media interface.

Alternatively upgrade to Comand and get full postcode support, better mapping and BT audio streaming all supported natively.

Hi, I can get the telephone to connect for calls but not for audio streaming. Just wondering whether there was anything else other than Viseoo that would do the job.
Kind regards

Do you have UCI (518)?

I assume you have an analogue audio AUX port at least, then you can install a bluetooth audio streaming adapter to that interface. Cheap but you would not have control via the car. Another option would be an FM transmitter, preferably a wired one.

I'm using a Tunai Creative Firefly in my 2011 E250 (Audio 20) through the aux port. It works very well and is tiny so just sits in the glovebox, though I have to control music via the iphone rather than steering wheel etc. It works with Android as well apparently.
One thing though - I need to turn the volume on the car right up, is there any way to avoid this? I've tried different settings on the phone to no avail...though the phone volume does change the volume in the car, but even with the phone on max it's still quiet in the car (compared to the radio/CD level)
