Which microfibre drying/detailing towels are everyone using? Links would be good :)

I'm using the Kent car care towels and I haven't had an issue with them, they seem to last a long time. I've got a pack of the Costco Kirkland ones also which apparently are very good (if you're a member). I've not used them yet as I'm trying to wear the Kent towels out!

I use one of THESE for drying, it does a full E Class seemingly holding gallons of water.

As for detailing, I have loads of different ones, mainly all form the aforementioned site. It depends on what I'm putting on the car or using really. I did try some "purple monster towels" a while ago but wouldn't recommend them as, after a couple of washes, they've started to leave bits on the car. :(

THESE are pretty good quality for buffing though.

+1 for the Kirkland/Costco microfibre cloths, a large pack of good quality microefibres for a decent price:

Kirkland Signature Ultra Plush Microfibre Towels - 36 Pack

They’re less than that in store,
I thought nearer £10/15 a pack but maybe they’ve gone up a little?

Not as large as some of the dedicated drying towels but you can use several of these and if one gets a little grubby just use another fresh one :thumb:

Not sure on this, I'll ask my driver.
Here he is drying mine [emoji6]

I agree the Kirkland Yellow ones are very good, fluffy even after several washes they seem to hold their own. I didnt realise they were Costco products - learned something new there
A few of those would be great. Not sure about using the same cloth all over the car -Isnt it better to use a few different clean ones incase one gets contaminated? Im not detailing expert so dont quote me !

I use the Auto Finesse aqua deulux drying towel. And the micro fibre clothes from EZ Car care. Very good results.

Dave i use the same as you + I get all my things from Clean your Car.Highly Recommended :)

I have used the Kirkland ones, very useful for general drying but they do leave bits.
I get the majority of my cleaning products from CYC too.

I use the Kirkland yellow microfibers for the buffing paintwork, applying products, interior etc.

As for drying towels, I used unbranded blue microfiber drying towels off eBay. I've tried various different towels from different brands, bit the bullet on some cheap ones and found them just as good. I use 3-4 towels each time I dry the car so I'm not payin £12-15 per towel! haha
