Best place for service parts

Can anyone recommend the best place to get either genuine or OEM parts for my 300E as it is due a "full" service soon.Also any recommendations regarding which oil/brand to use.I think it has Castrol in at the moment.

I've got a branch of GSF just down the road, and never had any problem with their parts for my 300E.

recent example: tie rods MB price £33+ per unit.
went to GSF £31 for the pair.

Just remembered the oil filler cap I got from GSF (£2) leaked worse than the old one. Got a genuine one from MB (£6).
