Typical Sunday afternoon ride out!!

There is another video of him and his son in an M140i , both are complete to$$ers and it is only a matter of time before one of them take out a innocent motorist.

Don't think the commentator would find it funny if one of his family was taken out by the GR or his son.

Time and place , as they say.

K

Take it to the racetrack.
That way when (and inevitably it will be a WHEN) his luck runs out, the only people who will be directly affected by the carnage will be prepared to deal with it.
Fwiw I can acknowledge some hypocrisy in my statement, but we were all immortal when we were young weren't we..

Thanks to a moronic Polish driver for a car dealership about a mile from my house, this what he did to my son in laws pristine Honda 7 seater yesterday morning. Total write off just days after spending a lot of money on full service and MOT.
The idiot thought he could drive straight across a mini roundabout without looking and giving way to my SIL on his right. Witnesses details taken and this tool had the audacity to blame my SIL and film him whilst his two kids were crying in the back of the Honda.
I could take a baseball bat to him the way I feel. Absolutely fuming.
A camping trip booked this weekend ruined, deposit lost. Insurance will rocket, low ball offer incoming from insurer and kids without a car for the rest of the summer holiday.

At least the family themselves were (presumably) not injured.
Distressing though it undoubtedly is, rather than allow yourself to dwell too much on the consequences of this idiot's carelessness, perhaps count your blessings that it could have been so very much worse by a difference of probably less than a second ??

That really, really sucks
But if all are ok, apart from the obvious trauma, then that's the thing to concentrate on. But I absolutely get where you are right now 👹

A similar thing happened to the wife of a friend of mine....straight across without giving way to the right. She actually lost the case in court. Some one not involved in the accident had dash cam footage which showed that although he did not stop he was on the roundabout before her....therefore he had the right of way. People forget that although you have to give way to people coming from the right, people already on the roundabout have right of way.

From the highway code...

".......priority rule is that drivers inside the roundabout have the right-of-way over drivers entering the roundabout. Should you be approaching a roundabout, you need to give way to any drivers on the roundabout and wait for a clear path to open before entering."
