Bilstein Circlip

Hi, I have a set of Bilstein B8 dampers.

I wanted to know if lowering the Circlip adjusts the ride height???

Springs determine ride height, not the dampers.

Unless you have a 211 with the clip on the front shocks.

I do have a w211.

I thought they were adjusted with the Circlip.

Ok then the circlip adjusts the spring height as it sits on the spring.

so moving the clip up will result in a highier ride height,
and down will result in a lower ride height.
