Bloody taxi cab drivers!!

I was on my way to work this morning at around 5.45am doing about 45 in a 40 zone when a black cab that was parked up, decides to do a U turn right in front of me I stamp on the brakes and the ABS goes into overload and manages to stop me about 4 feet from the side of the cab just chirping the tyres as i come to a stop. The cab driver just carries on and drives off, leaving me sitting there with my heart nealy beating out of my chest

I have no doubt whatsoever, that if id been in any of my many other cars i have owned over the years, i would have ploughed straight into the side of that cab

So thankyou MB for designing ABS brakes all those years ago

Sorry folks Its been pointed out to me that the title to this thread might sound a little racist Im sorry for any offence caused. I didnt mean "black" as meaning the cab driver was black!!! I meant that the cab concerned was a "black london style cab"

I cant seem to edit the title so i feel i need to add this disclaimer to the post.


Once again, im very sorry if i have caused any offence to anyone

Bloody black cab drivers!! Exactly what it says on the tin. Nothing racist about it.

Edit:- Perhaps if you'd used capitals ie Black Cab it would have avoided any confusion.

black cab drivers

they are a different breed to mini cab drivers,.......hackney cabs do think they have a god given right to the road,,, as to the other point the word black is a descriptive word in the title, used for decades lets try not to confuse the issues
