Brabus E320 Cdi

Hi I'm a new member who is looking to return to MB (currently I have to admit I'm on the dark side - 330d sport)

I have seen a W210 E320CDI Brabus advertised which I am interested in . Its fully loaded but 131k mile for £8995.

Does anyone know anything about these cars or have any views on price etc. How much more power will the Brabus produce over a standard 320 cdi ?

Not sure what you would get from a 320CDI when they have difficulties getting 300 hp from a C200CDI engine with some "minor modifications":

Get a full list of the Brabus mods, Some peeps are a little sparing with the truth, Lost count how many times I have see BRABUS bla bla bla in a add, only to look and see some fake Brabus wheels flicked on a crusty shed.

Brabus parts are big £££ So see whats on it, If its just the chip, They are on ebay all the time, So buy a norm one and chip it.

It looks very nice and very well specc'ed!
It's got the Brabus wheels and exhaust, and I assume suspension, but it looks to be minus the bodykit.

The D6 engine conversion gave around 250bhp IIRC (standard was about 220bhp, I think - can someone correct me there please )
AFAIK, the D6 upgrade was just an ECU upgrade and nothing changed in the engine. Torque also increased, but I can't remember any figures

250bhp sounds nice ! I like the fact that apart from the Brabus badges it looks standard (no bodykit) In fact I would probably look to re-instate the 3 pointed star on the bonnet

Thanks for the replies. I have tried to Google for more info but can't find much.

My problem at the moment is that some kind soul has keyed the BM. I am a bit nervous about buying one car before I am ready to sell the other. Although the Beemer should fetch a little more........it just makes me nervous

It may well be gone by the time my Beemer is ready to sell in about 3 weeks.......decisions, decisions....

I think I will give the guy a ring tomorrow.

Doesn't the Brabus conversion on a new car restrict the M-B warranty to 60k miles? I'd personally be a little nervous about one with 131k miles on it.
