I will need to replace front disks and pads on my 2008 cl63 AMG and wanted to know the options availabel

Dealer OEM? or other options available?

Try independent motor factors and online retailers like Autodoc.

If Brembo branded discs are available then they are often great value for the quality.

Mercedes Newcastle and Edinburgh are both in eBay and do mail order.

Finally when speaking to the parts counter at the main dealer ask for a discount!
