Charles i know it's a BMW and all that, it is one of the best they ever made, and i would love to see it !! I had one a long, long time ago, great car. I only ever had one other BMW, a 740iL.

Thanks for the pics Bill and thanks to everyone for a very pleasant time. Took the long way (about 100 miles) route home avoiding the motorways and A roads and it was very pleasant too with the roof down.

Thanks Bill for the photos, and another very enjoyable opportunity to meet up, natter and chill (metaphorically this time!) with some super people. I'm glad I had the chance to clean (if not polish) the W124, as it was looking really manky just a day ago. The paint needs a good restore.

I'll bring my little gem along next time Peter when I have it closer to hand. It's slightly less refined than your S class!
