Would anyone be up for a MBclub Xmas GTG?
Not at MBworld, but at a pub/resturant nearby?
Thoughts?

Do both!
Or blow out the other boring forum and come to our meet.
You know it makes sense.![]()
Come on Steve, whilst you're visiting the civilised south, do both![]()
I'm running out of excuses for not going to a GTG and with Gaydon on my doorstep even less so.
If you do your meet on the Sunday of the first weekend (6th Dec) I'll head down the 40 and come along. Been to MBworld but not to the other museus/attractions there.
So provisonal date Sunday 6th December, somewhere in Surrey/West London.

5 timskemp - maybe.
Once there's enough people to make the GTG viable, we'll have to select a location and members will have to pay for their meal, so it can be booked, and who ever books it does not get lumbered with a giant bill if people drop out before hand...
Harvester type pub sounds okay, someone can just book a table for the number of folk down, and if some drop out then worst case its overbooked. Most places shouldnt ask for upfront payment.
