Brooklands

Well went to Brooklands Mercedes Benz World yesterday, and realy enjoyed it. I was quite lucky as I had a delivery to make not 7 miles from there so thought why not. I took the car for a drive as all week I am driving my van, and every now and again it is nice to do a job in comfort in the car.

I love going down to Brooklands, its great to see all the cars especially some of the older cars.

Is also an excellent dealership, I had top notch customer service there.

Maybe I'm just unlucky but my brooklands experience is somewhat marred as they keep forgetting to call me back to arrange replacement of my rear valance on my Smart that was scratched pre delivery in December 2011. About a week they said...

I even reminded them when I took it in for its first service... and again when they rang me up to rate their customer service standards... still no contact.
