C Class lead times?

Long story but the car I ordered back in May never actually got ordered, this is ok as i have changed spec to a polar sport plus estate with just panoramic roof and privacy glass as options. Anyone know roughly what the lead time is on something like that, i guess unlikely to exist in stock? As its thru work an the fleet woman is away for a week i wanted to manage my expectations a little!

There is a chance there is a car of that spec or very similar (if you open your options up) already in stock. There seems to be lots of stock vehicles at MB and Audi right now.

theres a delay on panaromic roofs - I ordered mine 9th of July and am looking at October...............

Not sure if it helps, but I ordered my W204 saloon factory build at the back end of last year and it was about 10 weeks soup to nuts. Also there are some factory closures around the year-end period so these can distort things.

I ordered a C class coupe, with panoramic roof as well, three days ago (also via work) and should have a delivery date tomorrow or Sat AM, so will share!

If you are lucky there may be a car in stock that fits your specification. You will always get faster delivery if you are prepared to compromise on specification,colour etc. Sometimes a dealer can alter a car " ordered for their stock" early enough. Otherwise I would reckon a couple of months minimum from order. Mercedes in line with many other manufacturers seem to be experiencing more component supply delays / shortages so if you happen to spec a car with a component in short supply-----------?

Cheers for the replies guys, I spoke to the dealer in Northampton earlier today and he reckons the panoramic roof thing isn't an issue any more, may be they are catching up the affected ones?! It's been ordered a week now through Lex Autolease so just waiting to hear something
