Only the badges removed from the boot mind! :D

Got me dental floss - oral b peppermint, poured hot water over the letter and numbers and flossed away.

All dropped off with consumate ease, a bit of delicate post flossing picking gently with finger nail got the remnants of the glue off.

Quick wash and polish up and......'what engine size and model?' :D :D

Looks great mow - thanks all!

Have a strange, animated banana all (not quite sure why, but seems to be the norm on here!!!)

:bannana:

sod it....have two

:bannana: :bannana:

yeah, whats the deal with these bananas? hahaha

I debadged my c180 mate and it does look so much smoother

My dad recently bought a C180 with no badge, looks much better. Think I'll be debadging mine soon.

What colour are your cars? Mine's dark blue and is 11 years old, bit worried incase there are any indications left which show it used to have a badge, such as a "C180" outline or something.

I remember when my cousin debadged his red BMW 316 and he had no problems.

My old 180 was a 1996 and had no tell tale signs left when I removed them.
(I still have a hardly used rear box ((free)) if anyone wants to give it a home)

I recently sold my C-Class, they do look better de-badged, see...:)

Not really shhh!!:D

Yeah they were lucky, I sold it to cheap...:p

I would debadge mine, but I love the look on Barrys faces when they see a TURBODIESEL leave them for dead at the lights :D

I can't see the point - But I do have a C280 - if I did would it make the local chavs think I'd got a tiddler? #Engine I mean;)

tee hee - it's strange how C43 owners seldom feel the need to debadge their cars :)

The Vito 120 (204 bhp, 440 Nm) and 123 (231 bhp, 345 Nm) should be good for that. 0-60 in 8.0 secs is fairly respectable for a LWB panel van :D

Not many people would understand the badging on those anyway (unless M-B decide to add "V6 24V" etc.)
