If the warning light is now on, even if you cure the fault the light will need to be extinguished by a diagnostic computer.
Though as Killerhertz quite rightly says regarding the passenger seat wiring, it could be cured just by unplugging/plugging back in the plug, but as the light will need to be reset anyway you are better off getting the codes read and see what they say first, also be aware I would say a good 95% of SRS faults on a 202 are to do with the passenger seat, though in my opinion most turn out to be a fault with the occupancy sensor in the seat, requiring replacement.
