Hi all, need to get G/F car some new pads, looking on Euros website it gives Pagid, Textar and ATE as pads offered. I am also getting price from main stealers but anyone know which of above is best??? Cheers...

I not sure which ones i need anyway as Euros offer different pads for standard car, sports package and AMG package!! Might just get from stealer afterall!!

Over the years I have changed many brake pads on Mercedes models. I used to always buy them from the dealer. Apart from the MB star on the pads, they have the maker's name. It was always either Pagid, Textar or ATE.
I now buy them from Eurocarparts or GSF, making sure that it one of the three brands above. I know they may be a slightly different compound, but I have never had any problems.
(I ordered disks and pads today from GSF, they seemed a lot cheaper than Eurocarparts. In the past they was never much difference, but the gap appears to have widened)

I went onto partsreunited.co.uk and searched for set of front and rear pads and sensors and most dealers quoted around £120 all in including delivery but one dealer came back and said they would do it for £70 all inc and when i asked about delivery they said they would courier to me for free!! Thats same price as Euro Car Parts price!!!! :bannana:
