C220 CDI - What's the other details?

Hi All,

I am confused, I picked up my '06 C220 CDI Sport yesterday and it is bloody lovely!

I have seen lots of extra bits of information around the forum and on the interwebs about W203\W204 , some have 143bhp, some have 150bhp. Pre-and Post-Facelift foxes me too, I am still very wet behind the ears here so please be nice.

How do I find out exactly what I have on my driveway? The reason I am asking is to see what re-map I could do to it.

It shouldn't need remapped. Should be plenty fast and you'll put more strain on the tranmission etc.

Just had a look though on Celtic Tuning and this looks a nice improvement (they say it's safe but as you say it will be more stress\strain on the components)

Standard Power (Bhp) 150
Modified Power (Bhp) 192

search on here for Angel tuning - we had a group session and I know some C220 cdi's were remapped. Give them a call I am sure he will do it for a lot less than than Celtic.

I had mine done and am very pleased with it....
