C220 Left Fog lamp assembly needed

I am looking for the fog lamp assembly for the nearside(Left) I have tried to get one from GSF Car Parts in Thurrock but they can only get an oval one with three bolt holes. Mine is circular with four fixing bolt holes. It has a chrome surround but I think that is separate.

I only actually need the front glass but I don't think I can get that separately.

Anyone know where I might try?
