Do I have heater booster ??? (UK W203 c220 2005 facelift Diesel)

Please help - I have a problem with cold start which is best described in another thread (W203 - Intermittent Issue - first start fails when cold), when I scan my car using different APPs the only error I got is P1664, searching for this error people says it is related to Heater Booster which I don't think I have on my car so how it is possible to get this error ?? I spend hours looking on the engine but no clue.. all photos that I saw on the internet have different engine.. please see attach my engine, please I would appreciate any help!!
