C250td sport Heater fault

hi everyone, new here and finding the club great.
I have a C250 td sport auto that has a problem with the heater, and was hopping someone may be able to help?
it blows hot most of the time, every now and then it blows cool air but only sometimes after a bit of a drive.
i have had the car serviced and new pollen filter fitted.

if anyone can help that would be great.

Does it have a duo valve on this model that might be the culprit - they stick.

I'm not sure. But it's not good in this weather.

Yes there are two valves. I'll replace them and see how it go's. Thanks for your help.
