I replaced the rack on my C32 with a second hand one from a C320 and the rack is the same, you just have to swap a little box over (not sure what it's called).
Having said that, that rack only lasted less than 1k miles before it went so I just ended up buying a brand new one and having it fitted. Cost about £450 if I remember right.
