C32 spark plugs

Which plugs are best to use or is it a case of genuine only???

Mercedes used to use Bosh, but then when I asked they also said NGK. If you go for the platinum range of either you shoul be ok, both brands have the guide on their website, especially NGK. The NGK R are the direct equivalent but usually retail about £7 - £9 per plug. A company called nielsen have a good price online. Paid just over £5 for each on my e240 and that needed 12. The platinum would last a good 50k miles apparently. Not sure if the NGK iridium are any better.

Not sure what MB use but are rated at 75k

Dont know on the amg models but all the mercs we have owned used just std plugs, no fancy tips or anything just bog std plugs, dont forget there are two per cylinder.
Iirc mileage is 60k.

Bosch or NGK is what we use.

Call your dealer and see what they say. That's what I did and decided for the NGK R, platinum. I will ask again when I change on the 55 as I used these on the e240. They are great quality plugs and could be fitted on standard engines, the platinum tip lasts longer, so you shouldn't need a change soon.

I will be researching a bit on the iridium ones. Very expensive but see if they would be worth it.
