C43 AMG Coupe

Awesome looking forward to the photos and a review. Feeling excited for you.

That's right, the wait is going to be torturous! Worth it though.

Yes, both your cars will look amazing. Brillant Blue is such a rich colour and the Black with night pack will look very stealth.

Looking forward to seeing pics of both. :thumb:

Am feeling frivolous and considering the designo selenite grey magno, it's expensive but looks pretty cool.

Does anyone have any experience of it or has seen it in the flesh

Is it a pain or just like normal paint?

I've never seen that colour up close. Bet it looks the bee's though.

Again it'd look great with that night pack.

The general consensus on Magno paint is, if it's a garage queen/show car/your 4th or 5th car it's lovely.

If the car is going to live outside or be in any way a daily driver, forget it.

That's what I have also read, oh well back to black and money saved!

I have also ordered a saloon without seeing it. I should of been collecting it on the 1st September but apparently Mercedes run out of HUD units, so I either took the car standard spec or wait until October. I chose to wait!

Ironically when my current car was in for service Friday a transporter turned up with the car I should have had:doh:

Brilliant Blue
Premium Plus

Looks very nice, if they'd got rid of that last chrome bar on the grill, even better.

Couldn't wait, old car went one day after advertising it. Hats of to the dealer for turning this round in 24 hours!!

It's some car.

WOW! Those alloys look the Real Deal.

I also like the custom number plate...

AP16 Xtra Large Testicles.

Just an observation but I think the chrome line around the bottom of the front bumper should be in black when the Night Pack is ordered.

Very picky I know.

Love the car though. Looks fab.

1000 frustrating miles until you can open it up.

Does it sound good?

(based on our SL400) these are not as exciting as a V8 but it has a soundtrack of it's own and a relentless linear kind of acceleration that doesn't start to let up until you hit 3 numbers. When in S it's pops and bangs on over run and does sound nice.

The difference between E & S modes on the 400 motor are huge, it's like a different car.
