C63 Detail

Absolutely stunning results.
How much to detail my car then?! You need to make a business out of this!

Thanks buddy, we are in the process of doing this as a business, building a full portfolio over the next year, and doing a full detailing course with Ultimate finish, and become accredited for Kamikaze

On a serious note - Where are you located?

What would it cost to get my car cleaned up?

Keep us all updated - we'll be keen to give you work when you're ready.

I can't be the only one who was thinking "What does this guy do as his day job?" (Dentist? Accountant ? Electronics builder / engineer?)

.

Hey guys, I'm based in Langley kent.

I have already started the business, and some around a dozen cars so far with full corrections, coatings etc..

A maintained car would be £65.00 for a detail wash and topper
Interior deep clean and detail £75.00
Wheels off wash and detail would be £125.00

Paint correction starts at £300 depending on size and paint conditions.

Ceramics coatings start at £250

Wheel clean and coating £125.

Hey buddy. I'm actually a carpet and upholstery cleaner, restoring carpets fabrics, furniture etc
It's my own company.

Those are very reasonable prices compared to some I've seen. Hope you do well. Incidentally I came across what appeared to be a clone of your car (but probably not a 507) recently in the North West, even down to the colour and the arches.

You must get good, word of mouth recommendations, Lee, if you business standard, is anywhere near the standard of your car. :) 👍

Oh really? That's a surprise, I've not seen one on any forums. I had hoped(as well do to a degree) that mine was a 1 off and unique.
The paint was custom blended for me, and I'm the only one with the paint codes and mix., probably as you say wont be a 507, as it's somewhat frowned upon modifying a 507

It's not finished yet, I'm having a fully custom built set of Ohlins Coilovers for the car too.

Thanks buddy, we do yes. I've been running for 10yrs now, and have around 13k customers all over kent and Sussex. We're always fully booked though, to the point where people dont want to wait 6 weeks for an appointment lol

Hi Lee, another inspiring thread!
Nice!

Can I ask please have you done anything to the brake disc hubs to get that grey colour?
When I bought my car last year it came with recently installed Merc discs, which have the grey anti.corrosion coating, but it looks very Matt compared with yours and is difficult to clean. Have you get Merc discs on and/or have the hubs been repainted in a similar but more gloss grey?
Might be water making them look slicker.
Thanks.
Greedy

Hey buddy, my discs have the OEM finish on them, they are almost 2yrs old now. When they were fitted, I simply cleaned them with APC, then wiped over with IPA, allow to flash for 10mins, then added a a coat or KKD R Evolve wheel coating. When I wash them, I always use a small mitt as mentioned earlier to them, with a wheel shampoo, this keeps them in pristine condition

Ah, I would have never thought of ceramic coating the disc hubs!
I've got some left from after doing my wheels. At next wheel off clean, I think I'll give that a go if I can clean them and get them looking good.

Cheers Lee 👍

@SmartAmg Ben's GTR is a whole different Animal. I drove one at Brookland, they are something else.
My colour is a blend of legacy edition Viper Green and Hell green with added Gloss
