Hi all
Please does anyone have an old spare wheel that they would be interested in selling or lending me for 10 days so I can get my rear wheels refurb. I am in the Rochester area if anyone could help. I of course would be happy to return the favour if this suits.

Regards
Ian

Spent ages looking on eBay for a wheel for just this purpose and found everything except the bog-standard 16" 10-hole Elegance original alloy I wanted. More wheels in more sizes and styles than you could shake a stick at. Just do an alloy wheels search under Mercedes-Benz in Automotive and marvel at the range available. In the end I got one from Dronsfields for £80 inc.

I've got a set of W124 steels if they are any good to you

6.5J x 15 ET 48

they should fit but won't look too pretty

I'm sure there are two with legal tyres on :)

Andy

We are in Bexhill so not too far away

They probably won't fit, brakes are too big on the W210, especially the 320. 16" steels (winter size) or 16"+ alloys would be best. Often a set of cheapo ones on ebay, could buy some and use them for winter tyres too, protecting the newly-refurbished wheels during the harsh winter months ;)

Thanks gents for your help.

Cheers
Ian

ive got the old set of 15" alloys from my W202, 195 65 r15, and live in maidstone. You are welcome to borrow a couple for a few days if you wish (assuming they fit of course!)

I have a set of four 8 hole alloy wheels plus bolts for a W210. They have no tyres though, little corrosion and could be used as winter wheels.

If you were interested there is the problem that I live in Somerset.
