Can options be turned off?

I have a 218 CLS with blind spot monitoring and lane keeping assist.

For the third time it’s gone wrong, I assume another radar sensor. At £800 a pop I’ve lost interest.

Can the option be deactivated somehow with STAR so the car stops looking for it and flagging an error warning?
