It is an official datacard

You can access it for a fee by joining the official MB Club

Hi there, I just have this 30gig software package 2013 which allows access to Mercedes WIS/ASRA, SSL codes, MSS maintenance EPC parts. I bought it on e-bay for £28.00 (4 x dvd dl discs)but its not listed any more (administrators removed it and would not give me a reason so I am still using it). Some software systems protect customers data more than others so data sheets do vary.

Mine got more before I put the 18" wheels on. It can get over 50mpg on the motorway at 70mph over a long distance.

I had my son over last night and he looked over the software and thinks its a VirtualBox image of a working system in an XP O/S. I think this means its a complete working copy of some ones computer. Not sure I should carry on using it.

For around £10 per year you can subscribe to MB EPC online (which does not include WIS) and - among other things - it can generate official Datacards from VINs.


There are a few Russian websites that will also do this for free, but they sort of come and go - presumably MB shut them down when they can.
