Cannot delete an email from Windows Mail

Hi

Using Windows Mail with Vista Basic and AVG anti virus. Problem is that there is one email in particular from aussanai Summers that i cannot delete. Spybot search and Destroy finds nothing and AVG finds nothing. All othere emails can be deleted but not this one. Cant even open it, there is no attachment to it either.
When i try to open it or delete it it flashes up "An unknown error has occurred" the computer then sometimes runs slow until rebooted when it runs fine again.

Can anyone help??

Try installing this fix from Microsoft:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/941090/en-us

Although it is meant for messages stuck in your Outbox it should allow you to clear this as well
