Car leases

Hi

My brother is in the market for either a Porsche 911 or a Cayman. He wants to keep it for about a year. He was initially looking at as used car but we are now thinking that the taking into account the depreciation, he rekons that ownership (including repayments) will cost about £12k over the year i.e. £1k a month.

Does anyone know if there are any lease companis that lease Posrsche's on 12 month terms and what do they charge?

Good call! By far the cheapest I've seen so far. Might make my SLK hopes a reality! Just need to convince the missus...

Last time I asked them about an SLK they were not very competitive at all. Might get a printout of the Sainsbury's offer and take it in for comparison.

Just did a quick comparative quote using the tools on MB and Sainsbury's websites on a base SLK280 - crude comparision, but interesting:

MB: £528.57 over 36 months with £3,100 deposit (10k pa)
SB: £448.00 over 36 months with £3,100 deposit (10k pa)

Edit:

Drive the deal: £409.47 over 36 months with £3,019.20 deposit (10k pa)
