Only my opinion but I would not go down the "Chips Away" route here, not with a 2012 car!, and especially on the bonnet.
A bumper scuff on the front or rear valance, then maybe yes, but the bonnet wants doing right, and as most smart repair guys use a "blending lacquer" to well , blend the repair in, then a smart repair will stand out on the bonnet.
Take it to a reputable paint shop, expect to pay around £350 to £400 for a full bonnet re-spray.
Just my opinion and experience using Chips Away!, if you do use them expect to fork out £120+
