If you really want to, try a company called Gericia:

A CLASS - W168

I doubt you'll easily find any second hand ones...

I;ve never bought anything from them and no indication on price, I'll I've seen is some of their adverts in Mercedes Enthusiast.

Need them as the lip on rear arch is badley rusted, unless you can buy a
repair panel? can you?

A good bodyshop will sort that for you.

Those chrome arches are the work of the devil and just accelerate the rusting by trapping water and more dirt.
