A quick question if I may?

'have just been given access to my business's network using I-link

it's a bit like an electronic key fob whic generates a different number each minute and also using something called Citrix so it's just like being at work on my offshore platform.

- even the desktop that appears looks like the PC at work.

Is there anything special I should do to safeguard my PC from importing bugs
I have Norton)

I guess the Co's intranet is fully protected but assuming things has got me into scapes before now

thanks

Steve

No, you should be fine, Citrix is just a remote desktop, a bit like PC anywhere.

Its just using your roaming profile that you have at work and applies it to the Citrix remote connection.

It will have no effect on your PC at all.

Nice system to use IMO.

Agreed. All you're doing, Steve, is sending keystrokes and receiving screen updates. Nothing sinister at all. All the processing, etc, is done at the other end, so they have all the worries! :bannana:
