It is good to hear a positive story about CKS, it's a shame you are in the minority.

The only thing that doesn't tie up is firstly you say that the noise was pointed out to you but you decided to take it anyway (incase it went away?) but then on returning to CKS they point out a plastic part was missing? Maybe it was a spacer I don't know, but if there was a part missing they should have either not fitted the kit or ordered it straight away imo.

I took the car away because I live in London and I thought the noise could go away, I know it is a mistake to do so but I could be quite impatient sometimes, yes it is true and I did Think about it that they should have noticed the plastic missing bit before fitting the kit but they didn't and I think that was a mistake from CKS part, but I choose the 40mm lowering kit so I think not everyone choose that one so maybe they were not use to see that part, I don't know to be honest, all I know is that my car was sorted very quickly and with no problems.
