CL55 Kompressor pics at last !

I had an obsidian black CL500 with light grey interior before this, but the tan interior with black is absolutely stunning.

497bhp comes a close second !

7 months in with the 55 k engine and I'm still grinning. :D
Enjoy .......

Woah, amazing cars with great road presence!

How gorgeous is THAT!!??

I actually saw a black '52 plate CL55 Kompressor whilst I was out shopping earlier on. I can't quite work out why, but I thought that the 55K models had multipoke type wheels similar to the '65?

Probably getting confused, but your one and this other look identical outside with the same AMG wheels :o. It was definately a facelift '55K (you see a few N/A CL55s with 'Kompressor' badges on the wings...) - this one had the widescreen COMAND, quad pipes etc.

Looks great in black  (this one earlier was clean but paint badly swirled/scratched in the sun!)

Ooo! Shiny!!

Lovely car, now just waiting for the inside shots...

It looks great, a lot better than when Olly and i went to view it. More photo's, i want to see the Flappy Paddle Wood/Leather Steering Wheel you fitted.

Looks amazing.
Black with beige leather always looks boss,
Is the grille aftermarket?
It's different from mine, maybe facelift?
Colin.

Hi Pete - hopefully get some decent steering wheel pics this weekend. It is a totally transformed car now. The paintwork has been made immaculate, boot hinge replaced, front fog light replaced and engine detailed. Interior is virtually mint, but as always there are still little bits and pieces to be done, but not far off being perfect !

Hi Colin - it's a standard facelift grille. I spent 18 months looking for the right colour combo facelifted 55 and it had to have a kompressor. This one's service history was so good that I couldn't let it go. Just feel sorry for C43 AMG as he looked at it first. I found out what he didn't like (boot hinge, torque convertor, interior needed tidying etc) and used them in my negotiations ;-)

I'm sure you will get there in the end, if your CL500 is anything to go by.

I would actually put them on par now, but the things that need doing most people would raise their eyebrows and advise me to get out more !
