CLc Command 2 Linguatronic

Hi,
new to mercedes my car has a command satnav with linguatronic, this worked fine until today. Last night I entered a load of numbers into the phone book by linguatronic, today when I pull the stick to activate the linguatronic nothing happens.
Have I inadvertently turned something off while adding these adress, I`ve loked in all the manuals but cant find anything, any advice would be appreciated.

You do have COMAND switched on first?

sorry, um I am not sure what you mean , I never turned anything before it just worked, where do I need to turn it on ,?
there is the stalk but that just flicks up to start a dialogue or down to finish it,?

sorry if you mean is the command unit (radio etc) on, then yes it is , when you pull the stalk it would previously a visual and an audio selection after a beep, now there is nothing.

Hi beomoth, did you ever get to the bottom of this as I now have the same issue, I've removed both fuses but without much luck.Still scratching my head on this one as there's very little on the web regarding this problem.
