I need a couple of mirrors in Orion Grey (some sellers have sold me such an item but it even had some yellow tint in it). If I can get the colour matched one that would be great.

what is the difference between quartz grey or orion grey? which one is likely to be the one for a black leather interior? which one is lighter in colour? The one I need looks like a very light cream colour

i *may* have an autodimming mirror orion grey for sale soon..... i bought it on german ebay (it is brand new) but it wasnt clear if it was a cabrio or a coupe one so i will know when it arrives. if its a coupe then i will be open to offers on it....

Brute force required, Sean .... get one end of the spring located, then whack the other end very hard - careful you don't hurt yourself ! Removal is the reverse ... hang from mirror like a monkey !

removal was easy comparatively speaking

trouble is the rain sensing box is in the way.

but I will try again later when I have got my strength back.

how would you whack since the bloody mirror is in the way? and do you whack with your hands?

fitting the same thing on my C240 was so much easier

it's in ... quite easy once you get one end locked in and then tap the other end, with the slightly retracted bolt in
