clk battery charging

hi my clk430 is in storage it gets a run out every couple of weeks weather permitting of course,started it up at the weekend and thought the battery was getting a bit down.Is it ok to charge the battery up on a tickle charge whilst its still on the car?dont want to mess any of the electronics up thanks

This might answer your question. Other similar makes are available if you shop around but I find the operating notes very reassuring on this one.
Aldi and Lidl apparently do chargers almost identical to the CTEK but I haven't seen them on offer for some time.

Identically... my car has been parked on the road for two months at a time with no adverse affect on the battery. Just normally parked, with nothing switched-off, i.e. alarm was on, etc. Also in winter months. So I guess that if the battery is good the car can stay a fair amount of time without charging - though you will need to take it for a good long drive from time to time.
