CLK convertible upgrade.

On Youtube in the US I have seen a smart roof upgrade on the CLK's, does anyone know if this service is available in the UK and where. Perhaps some members have had this done and if so at what cost?
With the upgrade the roof can be opened and closed with the remote control and the the roof can also be operated at low speeds.

I had remote operation of the roof from the remote as a factory option when I bought my SLK

On another thread, F1BHP posted that he has roof module modified so that the roof can be operated up to 30mph. Might be worth asking him; if it can be modified that way, it could be altered for your purpose. Just a thought.

Google smarttop.
Around £300 iirc and a doddle to fit as it connects to the canbus.
It also gives some nice unrelated features such as turning the foglamps into drls.

Go to the Mods4Cars website & all will be explained to you.. They have many modules and excellent instructions/howtos. Their products have a 2 yr international warranty (or did when I bought one for the SL350 last year). Fitting is straight forward. Price is about $300 in US or 250 Euros excl delivery. Do not know if they accept sterling.

Am looking to install another SmartTop module in the newly acquired CLK & the howto seems very clear.
