CLK W209 Audio 10 to comand aps retrofit advice needed!

Hello guys!

Basically purchased a Comand unit out of a facelift w209. However I would like to fit this to my prefacelift Clk which has the audio 10.

The new unit has the quadlock and I was wondering if this can just be wired in to the existing wiring?

I have seen adaptors from Germany, would this work?

Will I lose certain functions such as a the steering wheel controls?

Any advice or help is appreciated.

You will need to completely update the dash, you need the dashboard 'cage', upper controls (and modified wiring looms) and faclift lower controls, quadlock, GPS aerial, nav disc until in boot, optics...
