I was really keen on a 350 however when contacting sellers about the earlier models they don't seem to aware it the balancer shaft issue and the later ones are in the higher tax bracket. I am going to look at a few 320s this so hopefully should have by the end of the week.

Regarding transmission are the intervals for the fluid change. I have never changed the fluid on an automatic before, sealed for life and all that and never had an trouble, what's the cost for a fluid change ?

Think 36k on a 722.6 box

I have put a deposit down and collect the car this weekend. The car has bluetooth, heated electric seats, nav, and xenon headlights. No AMG wheels though...

I agree but couldn't find one in the spec I wanted, everything seems to be an option !

That was my experience too. - A tired, high mileage, V8 or a newer V6 with (almost) all the options.

I bought a 57 plated CLK500 for my son about 3 weeks ago, it's delivering better mpg figures than his previous CLK320.

Its a nice place to be with dynamic seats, HK etc and looks good too with AMG bodykit and 18" wheels. The 388 bhp is rather useful too, totally unstressed motoring at whatever speed you fancy.



There's a good looking 500 in Tanzanite/Parchment leather, only 44k miles, at a fancy dealer in South Bucks. As he's asking £11k for a 07, I thought it could stay in his showroom.

PS As its Tanzanite, I am surprised E55BOF hasn't bought it, or is it SPX with the Tanzanite fetish?

Is that the one in Slades? There is an 02 plate for the same kind of dough with 23,000 on the clock at a dealer in Uxbridge.
