Im new to Mercedes and just finding my feet. I was wondering what options are there for extracting a bit more power out of the 320 CDI engine. Im pretty impressed with how it goes already but was interested if there are any options out there that wont ruin the car

Get it mapped as it will go to around 270bhp easily. Plenty of threads on here just below your's about mapped 320CDI

375hp/845nm
With only bigger cooler, 3" downpipe, without cat/dpf, modified orig turbo and remap.
Make them ... many (C, CLK, ML, E, GL, S, Vito, Sprinter ...)

I had the guys at PCS do mind on the Benz open day up there and Eco Remaps did it

noticeably faster and harsher acceleration, better MPG (only by about 2mpg daily but long runs can hit 44mpg now and never used to get over 41mpg) and also pulls harder top end

got about 300bhp and 490nm however looking above- I would love 845nm lol
