CLS55 - Will A Spare Wheel From An E63 Fit?

Could anyone please tell me if this spare wheel from an 2007 E63 will fit a CLS55 (both on the car and in the boot well)?

I’ll just share what I’ve discovered in case it helps any other CLS55 owners.
My car has the main battery mounted centrally in the boot tyre well, so no room for a spare wheel. I believe some CLS55’s may have the battery mounted elsewhere, in which case a deflated space saver tyre may fit.
The above spare wheel with the Manufacturer Part Number: 2304011902 will fit a CLS55 (on the car itself, not necessarily in the boot, as above) and is designed to clear the larger 8 piston front calipers. I’ve ordered one which I’ll keep in the ‘normal’ boot space. I feel better about this solution than just carrying tyre foam. With the state of our roads it’s a matter of when, not if, I get yet another cracked wheel and a puncture as a result.
None of the above is gospel, just what I have been told by more than one seemingly reliable sources. I’ll know for sure when I receive the new spare wheel soon and I will hopefully remember to follow up with how it goes.
