Clunk noise from front brakes SLK55

Hi guys, I can hear a slight clunk noise coming from the front brakes when I press the brake pedal. It doesn't happen all the time and can only hear it when the window is open.

Is it anything I need to be worried about?

It could be the pads moving in the calipers??

Thanks for that, I could see if they are loose, the calipers should come off easily enough, although they are massive!
