Cold start problems

Hi I have a E 220 cab 1994, only covered 60k with FSH having problems starting, but once started runs like a dream, sounds like no fuel but tank is full!

Petrol, merc didn't have a 220 diesel in 1994, it was 250 or 300

Petrol, I have been told it could be the throttle body, any thoughts?
