You can get the disk from "Comand Online" and some punctuation from "Full-stops'R'Us".

You won't find a speed camera database on it though...

The lack of a speed camera database is really annoying.

I´m considering just using my tomtom instead of buying the new set of maps.

If you are running the disk that was originally supplied with the car back in 2000, you will notice many changes.
Main difference is the ability to have TMC coverage. This gives you advance warnings of traffic jams on your route and automatically diverts you to miss the holdups.

But no speed camera locations I am afraid.
