What section do I need to look in, in WIS to find info on wiring, etc for comand modules? Tried electrical but the stereo does not seem to appear?
Probably just me, as there is so many catagories.
Trying to find info on location, wiring etc for TV tuner

Seems you need to look for Electrical system, body then radio, audio, video

2 sets of info under first option.

sections 82.85 and 82.60

Still playing with it myself, so do not know how to shortcut to stuff really at the moment. Supposed to be brilliant once you get the hang of it.

StarFinder is much easier to navigate for MB wiring, but its only available for upto MY 2008.

Mine is a 2003 model year. Hardest problem at moment, as its very cold outside, is finding out where it mounts, and what wiring may be pre-installed.
If it warms up tomorrow, I may remove the trim, and see what's hidden behind it all.
I have not got starfinder, but have WIS and EPC so will work with that at moment. I have spent enough on software, diagnostics units etc for now to hopefully keep me going.
All have proved useful, but still had to pay somebody to rebuild/replace the clutches in my autobox, as that is way beyond me.

StarFinder is certainly useful but it has been built for US cars and does not have any TV tuner info for the W211 model.

If you have a compatible browser with the necessary plugins (not necessarily easy) you can access StarFinder from this website: StarFinder V3

Even has the "genuine index file" with its bugs, have to fix addressing "manually" for the 170/171 models.

EPC and WIS however should be quite sufficient if the task is to retrofit a TV tuner.

I am/was hoping a lot of the wiring etc will be in the loom already.
Will maybe get a look when it warms up a bit.

MB aren't renowned for including looms for equipment not fitted at the factory.

There is none .. sorry to disappoint you.

Assuming yours is a facelift (or there is no digital TV tuner available..) you need to buy the TV tuner, TV tuner loom and some fibre, and some antenna amplifiers - but you can find all of those in EPC. But your next problem will be whether your COMAND has a video input or not - and check that the antennas exist on your windscreens (see antenna section of WIS (somewhere under section 82) and then check the windscreen itself has the connections on it.

It is a facelift C209. I now have a TV tuner. Sounds like I need a loom now though. Comand has a tv button on it, that just says not connected when pressed.
Looks like I will be scouring scrapyards then.

There is no way you will get the loom or fibre out of a scrap car. You'll just have to order those two new. There are very few CLK with TV so I suspect antenna amps may be an issue too. You really should get a TV tuner bracket too.

What part number TV tuner did you get. Where is the TV button? If its a physical button then It sounds like your car is pre MY2005 facelift, that makes it D2B and there are no Mercedes digital D2B tuners (there are non MB ones).. (easy way, look at your map disk, does it cover Europe, or does it cover just UK+IRL. If its the latter its D2B, if its Europe its MOST and then you need to ensure you are buying a digital capable one rather than the earlier analogue only ones)
