Hello guys, I'm a newbye from italy so please be gentle..... :)
Well, does anybody have problem with COMAND cd laser reading failure?
Stealers offered only the whole system replacement for thousands of pounds?
Well.... now you can order the laser head spare for 100 eur plus shipping.
Mail to these guys in germany, "[email protected]"
they are ok. I did it and got the piece after a week, did the job and now my comand is really renewed as it was long time ago.
Hope this can make lot of you happy.
Sorry for my poor english

The head on mine is either damaged or filthy as discs have to be *perfect* to work, a fingerprint or scratch and it refuses to read them.

The CD unit inside the comand unit has it's own part number, I might try this part number out on a local Bosch retailer, see if it is available on it's own and how much it is...
