Command and iSO 7.1

I have the media interface cable for the iPod and 4s but when selecting the Media Interface option on the Command system it just says "No device Connected" bit the phone does charge.

Any ideas?

Check cable connections, does the ipod work on a docking station for instance? Reboot the ipod.

Yep, iPod and phone works in docking station.

So the problems not with the ipod. Reboot it just in case, it's worked for me before now. Press and hold ipods middle button and the one above until you see the apple logo.
