Command screen frozen on radio

My command screen has hung on radio and I cannot clear it .
Car is Mercedes-Benz ml320 cdi 2007
I can change stations and volume on steering wheel controls but nothing will change with the command buttons , it turns off when key turned off but when started up again the same stuck screen displays.
I have checked fuses in dash side and all are ok .
Has anyone out there got any ideas?

Tried removing fuses for an hour and replacing but to no avail? I removed 2 in cab and 1 in trunk which seemed to be appropriated according to fuse chart. Anymore suggestions would be appreciated.

I can't remember now but probably more than £100 and less than £200 (ish!). I posted it to them and they posted it back. They used to be in Croydon (I think) but appear to have relocated further North.

Communications were excellent - the guy I dealt with was called Gabor and he answered emails like lightening, and kept me informed when it arrived, when it was fixed, when it passed the extended test, and when he dispatched it. Very good.

Although he fixed it straight away he left it running for a few days to make sure the fault was properly fixed. Even so I had it back in around a week. As I say, excellent service.

I've taken unit out and unplugged it and plugged it back in again and it's worked however I have now discovered radio appears to have been in for repair before as there is a sticker on it so if goes again I will maybe have to contact headunit-repair in view of this solving the problem I would think it seems to point to the radio being the faulty culprit.
