Command screen

Hiya. My 2013 screen only shows background lights. Everything seem to work. Radio, Bluetooth phone connection all works fine..
Would it be the ribbon cable (loose connection or defective cable) or is the screen broken?

Likely to be LCD failure. If its one with a separate display to the main unit (can't quite see from photos, and you don't say wha car you have) just grab a used one on eBay !
