Condensation in E 270 CDI headlights

Hi Guys,

I'm thinking of buying an 03 E class avantgarde saloon, its done 97K and has a full MB service history. The only fault I have found on it so far is the headlights seem to have condensation inside then. Is this a sign of iminent failure or some kind of accident damage? I thought these things would be sealed? Has anyone seen this before or is it normal?

Most likely the rubber boot/seal hasn't been refitted correctly after a bulb change.
